Return Policy:
We have 10 days return policy.
All of our items are handcrafted by professional artisans utilizing various modern techniques. The beauty of these objects stems from their one-of-a-kindness and human roots. Variations are to be expected and celebrated in every product. Please take a moment to grasp the nature of the things we specialize in before deciding to return your order.
Customers, however, have ten days from the date of delivery to return an order.
How to return/exchange your product?
- You can contact us at +91 9909313809 or by email at support@mensfield.in within ten days of delivery.
- Kindly mention your order number in the subject field to assist us in accelerating the return/exchange procedure.
- Please ensure that returned product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in sellable condition.
- We request you to maintain the items' original packaging to be returned, including the Men's Field tags.
- Please ensure that all returned items are packed securely and carefully to avoid loss or damage during transit.
- For most pin codes, we have a reverse pick-up service. For pin codes that are non-serviceable(Rare Case) by our courier partners against the Reverse pick-up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s).
- Items for reverse pick-up will be picked up within 4 business days after the requested date.
- In the case of an exchange, your replacement order will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the previous item.
Note: Some PINs are not feasible for Reverse to pick up; in these circumstances, the customer must return it to us. Please note that we do not provide a reverse pick service outside of India.

Refund
A refund will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the returned shipment.
1) Your refund will be credited to your bank account within 3 to 5 days if you made an online payment.
2) If you purchased by cash on delivery, please send us your bank account number, bank name, and IFSC code. Within 2 to 5 days, we will reimburse your money by NEFT or IMPS.
3) You can alternatively request a refund in the form of a "Men's Field Coupon Code," which you can use to purchase other Men's Field products in the future.
Cash On Delivery Policy
As per the Cash on Delivery policy:
- To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
- C-O-D is applicable on a minimum sale value of Rs. 1000 and maximum of Rs. 10000 only.

Placing "cash on delivery" order and refusing it at the time of delivery is considered as a fraudulent activity and the same is a punishable cybercrime. Place "cash on delivery" order only if you are 100% sure and you want to accept the parcel.
- You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
- If the product is open, do not accept the order.
- Card payment is not available in "cash on delivery". If you want to use card then pay online using our online payment options.
